Cleaning Robots
A cleaning robot is a floor machine with a brain. The feature is the scrub deck under the body and the tank of water above it. It wets, scrubs, and picks up along a path a person would push a machine down.
Choose the floor
Concrete in a factory aisle is a different job from tile in a hallway. The deck size has to fit the narrowest door the robot must pass. Mark the zones it should skip, such as a wet process pit or a cord on the floor.
Run it when the aisle is open
The photo shows an empty bay. That is the right window. Program the loop, watch the first passes, and set it to return to a dock to dump water and charge.
Staff still handle spills the robot is not built for and still inspect the deck pads. The robot takes the long, repeated pass so the crew can stay on the work that needs a person.
